What's all this about then?

The "articles" section of this website will be a place for detailed information on various musket related accoutrements as well as other interesting things like 18th century fly fishing! I am currently working on articles about hammerstalls, worms, slings, lock covers, flashguards, musket tools, cleaning devices, etc etc etc which will be posted here when complete. As new information or examples come up, the appropriate posts will be updated. I hope that this turns into a useful "encyclopedia of musketry" for anyone trying to run their gear with historical methods!
